With the recent trend to put virtual tours of art galleries and museums online, I was asked by The Conroe Art League to produce a video of an exhibition at their Madeley Gallery in downtown Conroe. The video was posted to Glasstire.com as part of their collection of 5-minute tours. Glasstire is the oldest online-only art publication in the country and promotes visual arts in Texas. This is a short time-lapse of the stars shot from where I live, near Houston, Texas. Typically, the skies are not clear enough to take these shots due to a combination of haze and light pollution. While light pollution still exists, it is not amplified by the typical amount of haze. Shot on the Sony A7R IV and GM 16-35mm f/2.8. Processed using StarStaX by Markus Enzweiler and Adobe Lightroom Classic.

Our holiday in the Loire Valley, France where we spent a week with Chefs Alison and Sydney Bond. https://www.lecalabash.fr/ They were wonderful hosts and teachers as we explored French cuisine and culture. The majority of the footage was shot with the DJI Osmo Pocket. Aerial footage was shot with the DJI Mavic 2 Pro.

In Porto I had time to create a short VLOG which includes scenes in the city and also drone footage from the Duoro Valley wine region. I shot all of the video on the Sony RX100 Mark V which is a wonderful compact camera and works well on the Zhiyun Crane 3-axis gimbal for steady video.
